Leah and her mom found a book called 1 mix 100 muffins. Suzie and Leah want to make as many muffins in the book as possible during summer vacation. Suzie and her mom started us off with this one because strawberries are fresh right now and they looked delicious. This is an easy recipe and fun to do. bon appetit! :)

Awesome Rainbow Muffins!
We ignored our cookbook (again) and embraced a great idea we found in Rachael Ray's magazine for rainbow cake! We used a boxed white cake mix (does that make them cupcakes?!) and divided up the batter and added food coloring to each bowl. Each muffin is their own special rainbow!
