marbled chocolate muffins
2 cups ap flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
heaping 1/2 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 cup milk
6 Tbsp melted cooled
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa
preheat oven to 400
put muffin liners in pans
sift flour, baking powder and salt in large bowl
stir in sugar
lightly beat eggs, then beat in milk, butter and vanilla extract
make a well in the cneter of the dry ingredients and pour in the beaten liquid ingredients
stir gently until just combined
divide batter and add cocoa to one
spoon batters into muffin cups, alternating the chocolate and plain batter
bake for 20 minutes
let cool and enjoy
not alot of flavor to these, maybe add chocolate chips next time?
leahs mom found these great silicone muffin cups, you just put these on a cookie sheet and fill with batter! muffins really just pop out of these things and they can be washed in the dishwasher, but hand washing is a breeze!
