Another guest baker has joined the blog! Suzie's friend MacKenzie is gluten free so we tried our hand at a gluten free recipe. This is actually the coffee cake that goes along with the Bisquick gluten free box - we just put them in the muffin cups, and they taste great!
coffee cake muffins
Streusel topping
1/3 cup bisquick gluten free mix
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup firm butter
cake mix
1 3/4 cup bisquick gluten free mix
3 tbsp sugar
2/3 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup oil
3 eggs
heat oven to 350. add bisquick, brown sugar, and cinnamon together. cut in butter with fork and set aside
mix together all cake mix ingredients until just blended.
put into muffin cups
top with streusel
bake for 25 minutes
mix together all cake mix ingredients until just blended.
